Terms and Conditions
1. General.
A deposit must be submitted to pixiesearch in advance of initial advertising date. By submitting advertising for inclusion on pixiesearch, advertiser/agency agrees to be bound by the terms of this contract. No conditions other than those set forth herein shall be binding on pixiesearch. This contract supersedes any previous agreements between pixiesearch and advertiser/agency relating to the subject matter set forth herein. pixiesearch's only obligation to serve advertisements hereunder shall be to serve advertisements of the advertiser described herein, and in no event shall pixiesearch be obligated to serve advertisements for any other advertiser.
2. Member & Accounts
Members must be 18 years(21 where applicable) or older to participate in the adult search affiliate program. Affiliates are responsible for all traffic sent to futureoutlook.co.uk.com. Accounts MAY be blocked if fraudulent traffic is suspected. If an account becomes blocked, affiliates will have 7 days to contact us at webmaster@futureoutlook.co.uk.com to try to resolve the situation. Any affiliate that does not contact us within 7 days will result in termination of said account,and forfeiture of all monies owed. All Users sent by you must come from a portal page. Only one affiliate account is allowed per member. NO incentivized or targeted keyword searches are allowed. If any affiliate member is found to be incentivizing, targeting keyword searchs or having more then one account the result will be immediate cancellation of the account(s) from which the hits were sent and the forfeiture of any funds owed to that account. We will only pay for traffic generated from Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Iceland, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom and United States. Any clicks coming from any other country will not be credited and blocked from our engine.
3. Affiliates that have false or incomplete details will not be paid.
Please enter your full details with the correct country, address, name and phone number . Affiliates must understand basic english. Any affiliates that are known hackers, cheaters or have commited any other illegal or fraudulent activites elsewhere have the right to be removed from our program.
4. Changes and Cancellations.
Cancellations and changes can be made via the advertiser login. pixiesearch's advertising specifications are accessible through the advertiser login. pixiesearch reserves the right to change any of its advertising specifications at any time. pixiesearch does not under any circumstances issue cash refunds on advertising deposit's.
